Overview
This guide explains how to connect Anthropic with Grip Security.
Integrating with Grip’s SSPM module enables Grip to assess critical security settings, including access control, configuration baseline, and other relevant aspects within your Anthropic–Claude platform environment.
To connect to your Anthropic Administration account, you must authenticate using an Admin Key and Organization ID. The key grants access to Anthropic Administration APIs for managing your account.
This guide will help you retrieve your Admin key and Organization ID and set up the connection
Prerequisites
An Anthropic account
Create the Admin API key
Log in to your Anthropic console
From the side menu, navigate to Admin Keys and click on Create Admin Key.
Name the key and click Add.
Copy the key.
Get the Organization ID
From the Anthropic console side menu, navigate to Organization and copy the Organization ID.
Connect Anthropic to Grip SSPM
From Grip platform, go to Posture >> Click on Add Tenant (1) >> Anthropic (2)
In the Add New Anthropic Tenant window (3), enter the Anthropic tenant Display name, along with the Admin Key and Organization ID you copied in the previous step.
Click on Add Tenant.
Once connected, the Tenant will be added to the “Connected Tenants” list. There, you can view and filter your policy statuses, assess your security posture, and address any issues.
